Have seen now a days E challan penalty being collected on the road with the help of the machine.. Instead of this ..Keep E challan booth/kiosk places like government offices and major parking places in the city.. these booth need to be permanent basis.. its hassle free for both the parties.

We can talk and convince people who knows nothing or knows every thing. However you try, you cannot change the mind set of people who have half-knowledge. (They are the extra smart category). I think you know what they are called in Indian language- MOORKH. I think most of the hydarabadi’s fall in this category. So, it is next to impossible to change the Hyderabad people to follow trafic rules or any good n sensible thing to do.
